In February 2023 Bessemer Venture Partners made a majority investment (amount undisclosed) and will support the company in bolstering its market position. Bessemer partner Brian Feinstein will serve as chairman of the board, bringing 15 years of business and vertical SaaS expertise to inform strategy and operations. Litify provides a software platform that lets law firms manage client relationships, documents, cases, and communications. Built on the Salesforce platform, its extensible product covers CRM, document and case management, and internal and external communication. The company is led by founder Reuven Moskowitz and is based in New York City. Litify raised $50m in Series A financing from Tiger Global Management LLC. The company intends to use the funds to expand its product line, invest in customer success, and scale operations. It plans to broaden its customer base by developing offerings for in-house counsel, a corporate law product for mid-to-large firms, and an off-the-shelf solution for smaller firms. Litify provides a software platform for law firms to manage intakes, referrals, case management and internal and external communication. The platform is built on top of Salesforce.com and leverages custom applications tailored specifically for the legal industry. The company closed a $5M funding round. Litify intends to use the funds to expand its sales and marketing efforts and to broaden and accelerate product development. The company was founded by Reuven Moskowitz and John Morgan, and its team includes co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Ryan Hallman and Brian Kempner.
