Bajo Foods offers low‑carb packaged foods and fresh foods under its Keto Brand – Lo! Foods, led by CEO Sudarshan Gangrade. Its product line has expanded from atta to cookies, mixtures, namkeens, and chocolate, and it recently launched DiabeSmart (for diabetics) and Protein Chef (a low‑carb, high‑protein powder). Products are sold via the company website and e‑commerce marketplaces Flipkart and Amazon. Bajo also operates 17 cloud kitchens serving fresh items in Gurugram, Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, and delivers parathas, rolls, sandwiches, bakery items and packaged foods. The company plans to expand to around 35 cloud kitchens in the next 12 months across Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Chennai through a franchise model.
