LOFT develops the roOomy cloud-based 3D visualization platform that transforms 2D room photographs into 3D environments for virtual redecorating and staging. Its patented core technology enables users to experience spaces in 3D and virtually decorate them with real products from home-furnishing retailers. The roOomy platform connects home furnishings retailers and the real-estate community with consumers at the moment they are considering a home purchase or rental, and the roOomy app is available for iPhone and iPad. The company says the new capital will be used to invest in sales and marketing and to expand offshore 3D content production facilities to scale the business tenfold. LOFT also announced board changes, adding Doug Sinclair as chairman and Valery Syme and Wei Yuan as board members alongside founders Pieter Aarts (CEO) and Jan-Hein Pullens (COO).
