Overview

LogiNext, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Fremont, California with an R&D centre in Mumbai, provides an end-to-end logistics management SaaS platform. Its platform uses AI to enable automated order management, predictive capacity planning, real-time route optimisation, dispatch automation, customer experience tracking, and post-delivery analytics. The company serves more than 50 enterprises and about 100 small companies across 20 countries, and its platform helps deliver over a billion shipments, counting McDonald's, Decathlon, and Singapore Post among customers. LogiNext says its proprietary technology reduces manual intervention and saves close to 20% in delivery costs by increasing productivity. It is EBITDA profitable since last quarter and has a post-round valuation of roughly $100 million. With the new funding the company plans to commence operations at new locations, double its workforce—particularly across R&D—and is contemplating acquiring two vendors in its space. Founded in January 2014 by Dhruvil Sanghvi and Manisha Raisinghani, LogiNext offers a SaaS platform that uses big data and multiple data sources to predict delays, save costs and handle customer service for logistics and e‑commerce firms. The company’s software focuses on predicting accurate ETAs for individual shipments and shifting logistics from reactive to proactive, predictive and preventive modes. LogiNext reports 15 paying clients and is running pilots with about 25 firms, including Flipkart and Snapdeal. It charges clients a monthly fee of Rs 2–5 lakh. The startup currently employs 15 people and plans to expand the team to 25 within two months. The firm intends to use new funding to develop product features and grow the team.
