The company offers an agent-based platform that targets repetitive operational tasks across global supply chains. Its first product, PalletClaim, uses proprietary OCR models and domain-specific rules to read handwritten delivery slips, extract pallet and product data, and automatically reconcile accounts between partners. PalletClaim currently processes more than 100,000 delivery slips per month, cutting manual work by roughly 80 % and curbing costs tied to equipment losses and administrative overhead. All data is handled on EU-hosted infrastructure to ensure accuracy and compliance. Building on this foundation, Logistica OS plans to extend its automation to adjacent workflows such as delivery claims, credit notes, and invoice matching. The company aims to support over 100 customers in automating repetitive logistics processes within the next 24 months.
