LOGIX has a 35-year history and emphasizes Texas-based customer service and built-for-business reliability. The company secured a $100 million capital commitment to fund customer-driven growth initiatives, accelerate its network evolution plan, and refinance a portion of its senior debt. Proceeds will support network builds and cost rationalization programs focused on 5G wireless backhaul, data center support, and expanding penetration of owned fiber services across its footprint.
