LOGOS Resources, formed in January 2012 in partnership with ArcLight and Consolidated Asset Management Services (CAMS), is an oil and gas exploration company focused on the Gallup play in the San Juan Basin. The company has amassed over 13,500 net acres in the core of the Gallup play and grown production through the drill bit to approximately 1,000 Boe per day. LOGOS is led by President Jay Paul McWilliams, with a senior team that includes VP of Operations David Gonzales and VP of Land Austin Akers, all formerly with LINN Energy. The company plans to deploy new capital to develop its existing acreage using both horizontal and vertical drilling technologies. LOGOS also intends to expand its footprint and pursue additional acreage acquisition opportunities. Management has said it expects to leverage its partnership with ArcLight and CAMS to grow into a top-tier exploration and production company.
