Longeye
575 Market Street, 4th Floor, San Francisco, CA, 94105, United States
Overview
Longeye builds a self-hosted investigative platform that uses artificial intelligence to ingest and analyze audio, video, images, documents, and social-media content, surfacing the most relevant leads for detectives in seconds. The software ranks evidence, links every summary to its original source, offers real-time transcription and translation (e.g., Spanish and Mandarin), and complies with stringent FBI standards while running on AWS GovCloud. In its first deployment with the Redmond Police Department, detectives uploaded more than 2,000 files in one day and uncovered a confession within jail-call recordings that led to the discovery of a shell casing and the closure of a case. The system is designed with privacy by design principles, never training on case data and isolating each investigation. Founded by former Skydio executive Guillaume Delepine, the company intends to scale its engineering team, expand to additional agencies, and build tailored offerings for prosecutors and public defenders—providing the latter free access to its tools. The recent $5 million seed round is the company’s first outside capital and will fund these growth initiatives.
