Loom Systems

1161 Mission St, Fl 1, San Francisco, CA, 94103, US

Overview

Loom Systems offers an AIOps platform called “Sophie” that captures logs, metrics, alerts and events to correlate and predict IT issues before business impact and to surface resolution insights for frontline teams. The company is led by CEO Gabby Menachem, CTO Ronny Lehmann and VP Product Dror Mann. Loom plans to use the new funding to expand in North America and EMEA and to continue its push into enterprise markets. The company intends to boost sales, marketing and research and development with the proceeds. Loom is based in San Francisco, California. In November 2019 it announced a $10m funding round led by Flint Capital. Loom Systems offers an AI-driven platform that instantly analyzes logs and semi-structured machine data to provide predictive insights, root-cause investigation and remediation recommendations with zero configuration. Its Tribal Knowledge Bank (TriKB) and a virtual personal assistant recommendation engine, Sophie, reduce the need for highly skilled personnel and simplify operational analytics. The platform can be deployed on-premises or as SaaS and supports homegrown applications, accelerating ingestion, detection, analysis and resolution of IT and OT issues in real time. Since launching in 2015, Loom has added six OEM and channel partners and dozens of enterprise customers, including Citrix, Amdocs, Clal Insurance and RevTrack. The company has offices in San Francisco and Tel Aviv and positions itself to help organizations leverage existing data without heavy preprocessing. Loom plans to use new funding to expand sales and marketing, grow international operations and develop its partnership ecosystem.
