LOOV provides a platform to create and distribute interactive, personalized sales videos whose content changes automatically based on each customer’s attributes. The tool is designed to let teams deliver tailored information without heavy manual effort while collecting viewing and customer data to inform sales activities. LOOV launched its service in April 2023 and has been adopted by more than 70 companies. The company says it will use newly raised funds to accelerate business expansion and to strengthen product functionality, including AI capabilities. LOOV positions itself to fundamentally change buyer–seller communication in B2B sales and marketing. The company is headquartered in Meguro, Tokyo and was founded in April 2022.
