Pimentae is a London-based ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail brand founded by Alice Parmiter and Wynter Karo that focuses on bar-quality bottled and canned Tequila cocktails highlighting the spirit's complexity. Its core product line consists of pre-mixed Tequila cocktails in bottles and cans aimed at delivering a bar-calibre experience. The brand was selected for Distill Ventures’ spring Pre-Accelerator cohort and will receive up to US$500,000 alongside nine to 12 months of acceleration and operational support. Distill Ventures will help across brand-building activities including storytelling, product testing, and iterative product improvements. After graduating from the programme, Pimentae can pursue further funding from Diageo or other sources. It is one of five startups in the spring cohort alongside Casa J Tequila, Lodestar, Tanica and Idle Hands.
