Love Cocoa is a London-based sustainable chocolate brand offering luxury chocolate and a plant-based oat milk line, H!P Chocolate. Founded in 2016 by James Cadbury, the company began as the UK’s first letterbox-friendly chocolate service and has expanded into retail partnerships. The brand emphasizes ethically sourced, slave-free cocoa, plastic-free packaging, and commitments to combating deforestation and climate change. It launched a Plant A Tree pledge in 2020 and has planted over 1.5 million trees across North Africa and East Kenya. Love Cocoa recently secured about €4.8 million of new investment to support expansion. The funding will be used to grow the senior management team, open the first Love Cocoa brick-and-mortar store, and broaden retail distribution, including scaling the vegan H!P offering.
