LOVO develops AI-driven voice skins and synthetic speech products, including LOVO Studio, a Voiceover API for real-time text-to-speech, and a DIY Voice Cloning service that creates custom voices from 15 minutes of audio. The company owns more than 200 voice skins and says users have created over 5 million pieces of voice content on its platform. LOVO serves roughly 50,000 users and more than 50 enterprise customers, including J.B. Hunt, Bouncer, CPA Canada, LG CNS and Shinhan Bank. The team is 17 people, led by co-founders and CEO Charlie Choi and COO Tom Lee. The company plans to hire across machine learning, product, marketing and business development and to allocate funds toward R&D and infrastructure such as GPUs and CPUs. LOVO is targeting core markets in marketing, education, movies and games/AR/VR and is expanding internationally, with a presence in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia and New Zealand and an office in South Korea.
