LPOXY Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing SIDIPREV™, an orally administered, enteric-coated capsule that releases a metered dose of oxygen into the lower GI tract to create an environment hostile to anaerobic pathogens such as C. difficile. SIDIPREV™ is positioned to become the first approved preventive therapy for C. difficile by suppressing toxin production and providing mucosal anti-inflammatory effects.
