The product is designed to simplify maintenance and troubleshooting and to reduce defect-resolution time for production applications. The company launched in May 2009 and operates in Spain, the UK, Germany and Italy. Clients mentioned include Race, InverCaixa, Indra, Everis and Accenture Italy.
