Its platform includes Care Pathway Messaging, a bot-enabled solution for customized text messages and clinical guidance, plus two-way SMS integrated with over 55 EHR and practice-management systems. Key features include Referral Management, Smart Waitlists, Actionable Reminders, Feedback and Reputation Management, Secure Chat and a Web Scheduler. The company recently launched the Care Pathway Messaging extension to tailor communications by specialty and procedure. Luma Health is led by CEO and co-founder Adnan Iqbal. The company intends to invest in go-to-market expansion and engineering to support its product roadmap.
