Lumian builds an agency model centered on continuous AI agents plus human brand managers and specialist operators to manage Amazon businesses. Its platform runs agents 24/7 to monitor and act on listings, advertising, inventory, and account health while humans make judgment calls. The company was launched by Robin Lobo and Tauseef Khan and came out of stealth with the announced funding. Lumian reports it is already live across more than 10 product categories and working with brands including a specialist vanilla-extract maker, a women's-wellness intimate-wipes brand, and a footwear recovery-sandal business. The founder previously built and exited a leading eyeglasses brand on Amazon, informing the team's approach. The announcement did not disclose revenue, valuation, or other financial metrics.
