Overview

Lumoz, formerly Opside, is a modular compute layer and ZK-RaaS (zero-knowledge RaaS) platform. Its core product is a modular computation layer designed to support zero-knowledge-based services. Lumoz completed a $6M pre-A round at a $120M valuation. Investors in the round include OKX Ventures, HashKey Capital, KuCoin Ventures, Comma3 Ventures, Kronos Ventures, Kernel Ventures and Polygon cofounder Sandeep Nailwal. The company plans to launch its compute-layer mainnet in July and expects token generation in August. Opside Network Inc. is a blockchain infrastructure startup building zero-knowledge rollups and a ZK-rollup-as-a-service platform. Its platform operates across multiple layers, combining proof-of-stake validation for sequencing with proof-of-work computation for proofing rollup blocks. The layers are connected via bridges to enable asset transfers with low fees and greatly increased speeds, reducing costs and latency for Ethereum and BNB Chain transactions. Opside provides a general-purpose ZK rollups software development kit so developers can deploy EVM-compatible applications on its layer 3. The company says developers benefit from enhanced ZK-rollup security and lower operating costs because dApps need not provide their own compute or maintain their own networks. Opside announced a $4 million seed round to expand the platform, and said the funding will support continued innovation, team growth, and customer expansion.
