Lunos AI is a New York–based fintech that has developed an AI worker capable of handling the end-to-end accounts receivable (AR) process. The system connects to finance data sources such as QuickBooks and NetSuite, analyzes customer interactions, and conducts two-way conversations via Slack, email, and a web application to chase invoices, answer questions, and reconcile payments. By replicating the human negotiations that characterize B2B payments, the platform aims to accelerate cash collection and reduce manual workload for finance teams. The company offers both a white-glove service and a self-serve option, enabling businesses to onboard quickly without lengthy integrations. Looking ahead, Lunos plans to expand its AI agents’ capabilities to include reconciliation, payment orchestration, and full cash-flow optimization, and it intends to launch an embedded agent for accounting, invoicing, and CRM providers.
