Lykos Therapeutics (formerly MAPS Public Benefit Corporation) develops investigational MDMA-assisted therapy to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The company has completed two randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 trials (MAPP1 and MAPP2) that met primary and secondary endpoints and has submitted a new drug application (NDA) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
