Lynxsy offers a mobile-first recruitment platform that connects recent college graduates to part-time, trial positions allowing employers and candidates to evaluate fit before full-time hiring. The platform targets non-technical roles such as customer service, sales and operations, with hiring managers posting jobs and candidates applying via mobile. Lynxsy manages payroll through a third-party provider during typical one- to three-month trial periods. The company is part of the Techstars Accelerator program in New York and says it curates vetted, high-growth employers for candidates. It has partnered with 15 Northeast universities, including NYU, University of Pennsylvania, Cornell, Vanderbilt and Georgetown. The platform hosts about 100 companies and 5,000 candidates and has placed over 70 candidates to date. Lynxsy has attracted $800,000 in financing from a group of angel and venture investors.
