M1neral is building a cloud-based transaction management platform focused on minerals and royalties. The platform includes a spatial search tool to identify opportunities and promote collaboration among buyers, sellers, service providers and financial institutions. The company has nearly completed building the platform. It intends to use the funds from its recent financing to continue expanding development efforts. M1neral is based in Houston and was co-founded by Jacob Avery, Kyle Chapman and Shawn Cutter.
