M2fx, based in Framlingham, U.K., produces fiber cable, microduct and protection tube products designed for the final 200 feet of fiber installations. The company is led by CEO Tom Carpenter and serves large telecoms operators, data centers, and organizations in the automotive and aerospace/defense markets. Its products have been used in over 25,000 Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) installations worldwide. M2fx raised $3m in funding in a round led by existing investor Linnaeus Capital Partner B.V. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate worldwide sales and expand its customer base, particularly in the FTTP market.
