MachEye is launching an AI-powered, “low-prep, no-prep” business intelligence platform that uses natural language processing so anyone in a company can query data. The platform automatically generates interactive data stories and audio-visuals to put answers into context, positioning itself differently from dashboard-centric competitors. It still supports traditional dashboards and provides APIs for developers to use data elsewhere. MachEye can pull data from standard sources including AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, Snowflake and Oracle, and it promises a 30-minute setup from connecting a data source to asking questions. Pricing is per seat with a free plan (without natural search), an $18/month/user plan that adds natural search and extra features, and an enterprise plan that adds audio narrations and other advanced features. The company says its container-based infrastructure can spin up to answer a query and shut down again within about two minutes.
