Maestro AI is developing a vertical AI platform that layers coordinated software agents on top of lenders’ existing loan-origination systems to handle borrower intake, document collection, underwriting support, processing, and closing. By integrating with dominant systems such as ICE Mortgage Technology’s Encompass, the company aims to transform a traditionally manual, fragmented mortgage process into a fully automated, software-driven flow. Led by serial mortgage-fintech founder David Rogove, the team includes CTO Sugi Venugeethan and COO Chelsea Balak, all of whom bring deep domain and technical expertise. Maestro AI has already begun pilot programs with lenders and is positioning its product against a total addressable market the company pegs at more than $100 billion. Recent participation in the Gold Coast Tech Accelerator has provided additional mentorship and exposure. The newly secured pre-seed capital will fund go-to-market acceleration, expanded platform capabilities, and broader industry adoption. Although still pre-revenue, the company’s early integrations and pilots signal initial traction and customer interest.
