Magenta Therapeutics is developing an integrated portfolio of novel therapeutics to address unmet needs in bone marrow transplantation, including targeted transplant conditioning, stem cell mobilization, and stem cell expansion programs. The company’s most advanced clinical product candidate, MGTA-456, is a cell therapy currently in a Phase 2 trial for patients with inherited metabolic diseases.
