MAIT develops and implements tailored digital solutions across PLM, ERP and managed IT services, acting as a value‑added reseller and strategic implementation partner for vendors such as Siemens, PTC, SAP‑PLM, abas, Comarch, HP and Fujitsu. The group serves over 5,300 SME customers from 21 locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and employs more than 550 people. MAIT generates approximately €120m in sales and benefits from a high level of recurring revenues driven by multi‑year maintenance and IT infrastructure contracts; around 60% of its customer relationships have existed for over 10 years. The company positions itself to capture growth from megatrends like IoT and Industry 4.0, in a market expected to grow roughly 8% annually. Management has highlighted strategic M&A as a priority to accelerate penetration, and 3i has been brought in to support that growth agenda. Kamy Niroumand will join MAIT’s Advisory Board as Chairman to support the next stage of development.
