Its agents can source, screen, schedule and interview candidates, and the company says they automate up to 80% of recruiting tasks and cut time-to-hire by threefold. Maki sells to large employers and claims hiring contracts across 50+ markets with customers like H&M, BNP Paribas, PwC, Deloitte, FIFA, Abercrombie and Capgemini. The company reported over 300% growth in 2024 and says candidate satisfaction is high — 98% of BNP Paribas candidates rated the process as the best recruitment experience of their life. An agent built for H&M, called Maria, can call candidates or appear as a visual avatar and hold multilingual conversations to assess dozens of skills. Maki says its AI produces less bias than humans based on an audit by the state of New York, and it plans to use new funding to accelerate product development, expand in the US and grow the team.
