Founded in 2017, Managed App is building an ecosystem of agents, brokerages, tenants, owners and tradespeople and has a lending partnership with Possibl. Century 21 recently chose Managed App as its preferred technology partner, supporting nationwide growth. The company says it will use the capital to expand sales, marketing and development teams and aims to double its user base over the next year.
