Marinomed carried out a targeted capital increase to bolster its financial resources. On 16 September 2025, the company issued 61,607 new bearer shares at a price of €17.5 per share. The placement generated gross proceeds of €1,078,123, adding new cash to the firm’s balance sheet. The shares were created from the firm’s Authorized Capital 2024/II. Existing shareholders’ subscription rights were excluded, enabling management to place the stock directly. A total of nine investors subscribed to the new equity. Following the transaction, Marinomed’s share capital has expanded, and the company now holds over one million euros in additional funds.
