Masteos operates a mobile app that lets users discover properties in 3D, monitor renovations and furnishing, manage tenants, and complete investment paperwork. The platform is developing features including an improved matching algorithm, step-by-step renovation and furnishing tracking, and financial-performance monitoring for rental investments. Currently the service is available only in France, with planned expansion to Belgium and Spain in Q1 2022, the UK and Germany later in 2022, and Italy, the Netherlands, and Portugal in 2023. The company says the product lets investors handle the entire rental-investment lifecycle remotely. Financially, Masteos recently closed a new financing round after a seed raise nine months earlier. The team plans to use the new capital to fuel international market expansion and further refine its technologies.
