Mastiska is a newly formed artificial-intelligence chip company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates that is targeting the sovereign AI market. The team is building a data-center inference accelerator and will enter the market first with an FPGA-based solution delivered on a custom PCIe card loaded with high-bandwidth memory. In parallel, the company is designing its own ASIC, and outside observers speculate it may incorporate open-source PULP Platform IP.
