Customers include DMG Mori, Tesa, Bosch and Jungheinrich. Matchory is a consortium partner in the Factory-X project alongside SAP, Siemens and roughly 50 other IT and industrial companies aimed at advancing supply‑chain digitization and standards. The company will use the newly raised capital to expand internationally and further develop its matching technology, integrate additional data sources and offer new features. Financially, Matchory secured a €6M seed extension led by Munich-based VC Capmont, joined by existing investor Earlybird-X and angel investors. Matchory offers a SaaS platform that gives procurement teams access to a global database of suppliers, aiming to replace manual sourcing with automated supplier search and evaluation. The platform claims access to over 10 million suppliers and more than 2 billion structured data points, covering information on over 95% of relevant suppliers. Clients include DMG Mori, tesa, Bosch, and more than 1,000 others, and the company says customers can cut production costs by up to 35% and speed time-to-market by 50–85%. Matchory emphasizes increased supply-chain transparency to help companies comply with evolving regulations such as the Supply Chain Act. The company plans to use the new funding to continue developing its SaaS solution, integrate additional data sources, and add new features. CEO and co-founder Aiko Wiegand highlights the importance of fast availability of supplier and supply-chain information for efficient and sustainable decision-making.
