MDLinking provides an app that lets doctors share best practices globally through live streaming, instant messaging, and secure professional networking. The platform includes a curated interactive educational library with live streams, training courses, large volumes of research, in-house point-of-view content, and virtual and augmented reality productions. Its app has been used by medical professionals across Europe, Africa, Asia and the US. The company was co-founded by Doctor Hans Flu and oncological surgeon and former Harvard research fellow Gijs van Acker and is based in Amsterdam. Financially, MDLinking raised 2.5m in seed funding and is in the process of raising an additional 15m Series A.
