Its AdSecure™ platform is used by hundreds of publishers and brands to identify and eliminate invalid traffic from botnets and click-farms. The company was co‑founded by CEO Timur Yarnall and Chief Scientist Paul Barford and has offices in San Francisco. MdotLabs closed $1.25M in its first funding round. The round was led by Chicago Ventures and Great Oaks Venture Capital with participation from angel investors including Ray Zemon. The company will use the funds to grow its data scientist and software development teams.
