Medipal operates AfterDoc, a patient re-visit management and aftercare SaaS launched in 2021 that supports post-appointment tasks, patient monitoring, daily health consulting, and appointment management. The company targets clinics and medical practices, aiming to improve continuity of patient care. Medipal plans to help first- and second-tier clinics become central players in local healthcare through its platform. In November 2023 Medipal completed a Series A financing of KRW 5 billion. The new capital brings the company's total funding to KRW 7 billion. Investors in the round include existing backers Bass Investment and Insight Equity Partners, with KT Investment joining as a new investor.
