MedisimVR builds a virtual reality and haptics-based skill training platform for healthcare that covers skills required in the MBBS curriculum. Its current offerings include Procedural Simulation, Virtual Patient Simulation and clinical education, along with performance analytics and evaluation metrics to assess competency. The company aims to make comprehensive medical training accessible and affordable worldwide and to help medical students learn, practice and hone skills in a more accurate environment. MedisimVR has onboarded almost 500 medical students in the last four months. Following the recent fundraise the company plans to scale up its product offering and add more skill training content to its library.
