Medley offers small, professionally led group coaching that combines personal and career development. The platform launched in July 2020 and was co-founded by Edith Cooper and Jordan Taylor. Membership cohorts are intentionally diverse across age, gender, ethnicity and background, and the company introduced an opportunity-based sliding scale for annual fees. Medley plans to roll out “Medley Moments,” focused courses for specific life or career goals (new parenthood, leadership, relocations, career pivots) in the coming months. After a LinkedIn pilot that produced a 99% NPS, Medley is exploring B2B opportunities to sell programs to larger organizations and will expand the LinkedIn partnership in 2022. The company raised fresh seed funding to hire and scale its product and partnerships.
