Meds is an online pharmacy that sells beauty and health care products as well as non-prescription and prescription drugs with permission from the Swedish Medical Products Agency. The company offers home delivery in under two hours and about 40% of its sales are to households in the Stockholm area. Meds operates a warehouse and office in Västberga in southern Stockholm and will use new funding to expand warehouse space. The startup plans to extend fast delivery to Malmö and Gothenburg soon. After strengthening its position in Sweden, Meds intends to pursue European expansion. Management has explicit ambitions to overtake main competitor Apothea and become the largest online pharmacy in Sweden.
