The company is led by Marius Luther and Marius Jeuck. Memorado intends to use the new funding to continue building and expanding its cognitive enhancement platform. Six months after launch the company had garnered over a million members and its iOS app reached the top spot in the Education category in 22 countries, including the U.S., UK, Germany and France. The founding team includes Marius Jeuck and Marius Luther; Luther previously worked as a healthcare consultant at McKinsey. Memorado’s engineering team is ten people strong and the company is focused on improving personalization, demonstrating real-world transfer of training, and maintaining long-term engagement. The company has not disclosed how many of its members are paying customers.
