Contract Mill is a Finland-based no-code document automation SaaS platform founded in 2016, one of the first to offer a 100% visual automation interface. Its platform lets users automate complex document templates visually and then generate customized, multi-language documents in minutes by answering dynamic questionnaires. The product is white-labeled and cloud-based, offers extensive APIs and a growing set of direct integrations, and targets law firms, in-house legal teams and legal service providers. Contract Mill is deployed in 15 markets and maintains offices in Helsinki and London, with customers including Bird&Bird, Solita, TietoEvry, AdvisMe, Ijos Rechtsanwälte and MK Law. The company says its software reduces the cost, time and IT resources typically needed for incumbent contract automation and enables scalable, subscription-style revenue models for legal providers. It recently closed a funding round of over €1 million and plans to use the proceeds to expand operations in the UK and Europe and to prepare for further growth.
