Menu Group UK Ltd is a food delivery company operating in Armenia, Georgia and Belarus. Launched in 2012 by Vahan Kerobyan, the company currently delivers more than one million restaurant orders annually. The company estimates 2017 revenue will exceed $3m. In August 2017 Menu Group consolidated its position in Georgia by acquiring Foodpanda Georgia. It raised $3m in funding from Perea Capital, Hayastan 1 and SOLventures, who will join the board of directors. The company intends to use the funds to enhance IT infrastructure, improve the customer interface and experience, increase marketing activity in all markets, and expand operations into new markets.
