MESO is a spin-out from the ADAPT Centre at Trinity College Dublin founded by teacher and CEO Dr Chris Byrne. The platform applies artificial intelligence to automate lesson planning, produce curriculum-aligned assessments, and generate tailored curriculum guides, aiming to relieve teachers of administrative burdens and enable more personalised student learning. Built on Dr Byrne’s research in curriculum change and educational decision-making, MESO offers an integrated ecosystem that connects teacher planning, student learning pathways, and school-level oversight. The company is currently piloting its system in multiple Irish schools and has launched a Fellows Programme to involve educators in co-designing future features. Fresh capital will help shift the product from pilot to broader deployment. Over the coming year the team plans to scale both across Ireland and to international markets. No revenue or user figures have been disclosed to date.
