The funding round was disclosed publicly in August 2024. Adloid, rebranding to Metadome, offers a no-code metaverse infrastructure for creators and brands to build immersive 3D and AR experiences. The platform provides AR deployments across automobile, home-decor, beauty and accessories, and consumer electronics. It works with enterprise clients including Hewlett Packard (HP), Tata Motors, Hero MotoCorp, and Asian Paints. The Gurugram-based startup was founded by Shorya Mahajan, Prashant Sinha, and Kanav Singla. Following the recent funding, the company plans to expand its product and tech teams and invite the creator community to build a metaverse targeting 1 billion experiences a day by 2023. It also plans to strengthen customer success and delivery in North America and other geographies to support its enterprise offerings.
