Miistico is a digital brand that connects users with professionals offering mystical services via an online platform. The platform digitalizes both the purchase and the delivery of sessions, enabling clients to choose a professional, book and pay in under three minutes, and provides a double seal of quality, transparency and wellbeing. Founded in Barcelona in 2021 by sisters Reyes Pont and Alejandra Pont, the company aims to modernize a fragmented, under-digitalized and stigmatized sector. Since launch Miistico has completed more than 6,500 sessions and reports a 4.99/5 satisfaction score and a 52% monthly repeat rate. In the last year the company doubled its revenue versus 2022 while reducing marketing investment by 23%. Following its first financing round, Miistico plans to expand into LATAM markets including Chile, Colombia and Mexico, where it already has organic customers.
