Mikey’s produces certified gluten-free frozen baked goods that also carry attributes such as certified paleo, grain free, dairy free, soy free, peanut free, non-GMO, diabetic friendly, vegan and Kosher. Its product lineup includes English muffins, muffin tops, sliced bread, pizza crust and vegan tortillas. The brand emphasizes clean-label ingredients, low carbohydrates and calories, and chef-driven taste. Mikey’s products are currently available in over 3,500 stores across natural, mass and grocery channels. Founder and CEO Michael Tierney said he is relocating Mikey’s to the Lehigh Valley to take advantage of Factory’s assets and resources. The company partnered with Factory LLC, which agreed to an initial $5 million investment in two tranches to help Mikey’s achieve its strategic goals; this is Mikey’s largest round since its 2014 launch.
