Mile High Labs was founded by Stephen Mueller and is led by CEO Jason Roth and CFO Jon Hilley. In December 2019 the company closed a $65M term loan facility provided by MGG Capital. That financing followed a Series A equity raise completed in the fourth quarter of 2018. The company said the funds were raised to consolidate significant portions of the available hemp supply. Mile High Labs manufactures premium CBD crude oil, distillate and isolate and provides extraction, refining and co-packing services to cultivators, manufacturers, retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies.
