Milyoni operates a conversational commerce platform that enables companies to connect and engage with fans, enhance brands, sell products, and monetize fan pages and branded storefronts on Facebook. Led by founder and CEO John Corpus, the company's f-commerce solution is already used by over 50 brands, including Warner Brothers, the NBA, the Miami HEAT and Oklahoma University. Milyoni has secured $3M in Series A financing from returning backers ATA Ventures and Thomvest Ventures. The company intends to use the funds to advance its platform and expand its marketing and business development efforts. Target industries for expansion include entertainment, sports, consumer electronics and specialty retail. The financing continues support from its existing investors as it scales its Facebook-focused commerce offerings. Milyoni builds commerce applications that let merchants sell directly inside social networks. Its flagship Facebook product, iFanStore, enables retailers and direct merchants to sell products within Facebook. Customers using iFanStore include The Onion, John Elway, Equator Coffee and Cowgirl Creamery. The company also offers ireply2buy, a commerce solution for Twitter. Milyoni raised seed financing to support further development, promotion and sales of iFanStore. The company is based in Alamo, California.
