The company emerged from stealth after raising $27M in seed funding. Mimic intends to use the funds to expand operations and broaden its business reach. Global financial services provider Apex Group is currently leveraging the platform. Derek Smith is CEO and Ted Schlein of Ballistic Ventures joined the board following the round.
