Mindler operates an online psychology platform providing digital access to mental health care. The company has been expanding in the UK, where revenues grew by over 60% last year and where Mindler has focused on children and youth. Mindler reported SEK 267 million in revenue last year and halved its loss to SEK 50 million. The company plans both organic growth and continued consolidation through acquisitions. Mindler is acquiring UK competitor Ieso and will merge the two platforms under the Mindler brand. Management says the deal and additional funding will support both short- and long-term growth plans. Mindler operates a smartphone app that enables patients to consult with a psychologist within 24 hours. The platform currently employs over 200 accredited psychologists who meet with patients remotely. Though the company is active in just two countries, its clinicians cover 20 languages. Mindler was founded in 2018 and is based in Stockholm, operating in Sweden and the Netherlands. The startup recently raised an €8 million Series A to fund expansion. Management says the funding will be used to introduce the app in new parts of Europe to increase access to psychological care outside metropolitan areas.
